Community Development is based upon a Leadership Role model in the GUD Halls. This means that each paraprofessional (RAs and MA) are responsible for programming around a specific subject area. This provides more intentional learning opportunities for our residents, and enables RAs to develop expertise in a specific area. For example, the GUD Health RA may address topics about healthy relationships, cold prevention, nutrition, and access to health services. More information can be found here.
