Leader dots are a guide to the eye e.g. .and are particularly useful on an Index/Contents page. To set Leader dots choose Format, Tabs. Under Tab stop position section, enter 5 for example. In the Leader section, click in the relevant radio button circle e.g. 2. Click Set and OK. Press the Tab. button on your keyboard. Your leader dots will then appear, key in the required figure.
