What are LATA’s Paducah Hiring Guidelines?
LATA Kentucky is conducting hiring activities in accordance with the terms of its contract. As part of that process, we provided answers to frequently asked questions on our website to assist employees in the hiring process. The following are guidelines we are using during this hiring process. Definitions: “PRS Incumbent Contractor” means Paducah Remediation Services, LLC and its first and second tier subcontractors under DOE Contract DE-AC30-06EW05001. “PRS Incumbent Employees” means employees (1) who hold regular appointments or who are regular employees on the rolls of PRS LLC and Grandfathered Employees on the rolls of PRS LLC’s first and second tier subcontractors; and (2) who are employed at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant site under DOE Contract DE-AC30-06EW05001during the Workforce Transition Period. “Grandfathered Employees” means employees who are defined as Grandfathered Employees under the multi-employer pension plan sponsored by the Bechtel Jacobs Company, LLC (BJC) (B
