What are labours policies on corporate crime?
This is a vast area of law. Considering hundreds of years of common law is the basis of our legal system, you can’t really pin a policy on a whole section of the law on a party which has governed for 12 years. There are some points to note about corporations. They are a legal entity, like a person, and can be sued in the civil courts or prosecuted in the criminal courts.
