What are Juliette Girl Scouts and how does a girl become one?
A Juliette Girl Scout is a Girl Scout that registers as an individual. They may be waiting for a troop to be formed, cannot work out being in a troop, do not have the time for a troop or choose not to be in a troop. They can be in any age-level and when they wear their Girl Scout uniform they have a special Juliette patch to put on it in place of a troop number, available by request in the Girl Scout Badge & Sash Store. Juliettes register to be a Girl Scout by using the same membership registration form as all girls use. They can give their form to their local Girl Scout registrar or send it to the Atlanta Service Center with the annual membership fee (and/or the financial assistance request form, available for downloading from our Web Sites Volunteer Zone). Zeros are entered instead of a troop number to signify the Juliette membership category.
