Johnson Controls is the global leader that creates smart environments where people live, work and travel. The company’s Building Efficiency business offers integrated heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems (HVAC&R), including building management systems, controls and mechanical equipment. It also includes technical services, energy management consulting and operation of real estate portfolios. Do you have any expansion plans? In 2009, in India, we have a three-pronged strategy by addressing local manufacturing for mid-market screw chillers, focusing on large tonnage chiller projects like SEZ, townships etc., and having local presence in Tier-II cities.
