What are job prospects after persuing MBA HR in India &abroad?
HR is a must-have field almost in every company. Hence, MBA in Human Resource management has become a common specialization in India and abroad. Even though fresh candidates who are just passed out from Insitute, would be able to get a job in India but later on with experience the candidate can go abroad for a job. The opportunities provided to the candidate in this specialization is immense. It depends on the candidate how he/she can apply himself/herself.
Hello Kamal The prospects after doing an MBA in HR are pretty good, obviously from which institute you pursue your from will matter the most. You can either choose a part time course from a good institute like IMT or Symbiosis you can go in for a full time course. I suggest keep working and switch to a job in HR, you obviously will have to start from scratch. Join an MBA course and this will help you understand better the intricacies of the course.
