JCAR Office hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday. The office is closed for a staff meeting every Wednesday from 8am-10am. The office is closed on New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. From time to time, the office may close early or be closed all day if special circumstances require.
