Japan has rich people and poor people. Rich people want to stay at an expensive hotel while poor people stay at a guesthouse. One thing in common in Japan is that Japanese people want high quality service from any hotels. If a guest asks something, he always wants hotel staffs to do it for him, no matter what he asks.
