Individual Training Grant (ITG) vouchers provide funding for occupational skills training that leads to employment in New York City growth occupations through Workforce 1 Career Centers. ITGs are intended to help jobseekers who need training to find a job, advance in their careers or change to an occupation with higher wages and/or more opportunities for advancement. Independent Training Accounts (ITAs) provide funding for the same occupational skills trainings; however, they are available only to job seekers receiving cash assistance from the Human Resources Administration (HRA).
