What are IT services? UNB provides many Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Services.
• Email • Personal Novell account and file storage space (often accessed through computer lab machines) • Access to specialized software • Unix account and file storage space • Professional web pages • Access to My UNB e-Services • Network access (example; register own laptop to use UNB Fredericton network) • Library – access to on-line resources • Blackboard • Other services that are controlled by Login ID and PIN or swipe card access (specific exceptions may apply)
