By definition, a Community of Practice (COP) is a group of people that share a concern, a set of problems, or a passion about a topic, and who deepen their knowledge and expertise by interacting on an ongoing basis. ISPE COPs are global in nature and connect like-minded professionals with similar interests to collect valuable data and resources to be more effective at their jobs.
