What are invalid page faults and how can I fix them?
An invalid page fault is caused when the operating system or a software program attempts to store or call a segment or block of the computer’s memory that does not exist. Because the call is invalid, the program generates an invalid page fault error and terminates the program or process to prevent additional problems. Conflict, incompatibility or buggy software. Disable any unneeded start up applications and try the errored program again. Delete all temporary files. Run Scandisk & Defrag. Check for program updates and or patches. Issues with the computer memory. It is possible you have a memory problem. If this issue presented after newly installed memory upgrades check to be sure the new memory is compatible with your system. Before replacing older memory be sure to try all available Windows troubleshooting options.
