What are Invalid Bid and Valid Bid?

0

After entering a bid the auction system determines whether its valid bid or invalid bid. An invalid bid occurs when you have entered an amount that is less than the next accepted bid (leading bid + bid increment) or less than the Starting Bid. A valid bid can have two possible outcomes either leading bidder or outbid. Leading bidder means that you are the leading bidder for the item. Outbid means you have been outbid by someone who has placed a proxy bid. All valid bids will be displayed in My Bid History however invalid bids will not.
