What are InstantIT’s return policy for products under warranty?
There is no charge for repairing products covered by warranty, but the inward freight on return is the customer’s responsibility. All software products are covered by 7 day warranty from the date of purchase by the end-user. The customers should be aware that any failure of software products due to misuse of the product or hard disk failure is not covered by warranty. Please contact the Returns Department and advise the date of purchase, the InstantIT order number and the serial number of the product. You can contact us at returns@instantit.com.au.
