What are innovative practices for Call Center agent hiring & retention?
Thank you to all my industry colleagues for your detailed answers. Please remember I am looking for unique hiring & retention strategies. I am tasked to present at a conference and wish to compile statistical and published information along with what practitioners in the field at call centers large and small are doing. All of us attending are seasoned Call Center professionals. I feel it is very important to not only rely solely on studies conducted by product vendors and consulting firms. It’s important to hear from my colleagues with first hand knowledge.
