What are INDE Sweet and INDE Treat process technologies and what is the difference between them?
The INDE Sweet and INDE Treat Process Technologies are based on CFC technology to treat all the range of petroleum products from Natural gas, fuel gas and LPG to diesel to remove acidic contaminants like hydrogen sulfide, mercaptans, and naphthenic acids. It uses caustic/amine to treat these contaminants. The difference between them lies in the fact that while the INDE Sweet process converts environmentally objectionable/ corrosive contaminants into environment friendly/ non-corrosive compounds i.e. sweetening, the INDE Treat process removes them from the given petroleum product.
