IMMIGRATION VISAS: Persons of national interest for the USA (category EB-1) – highly qualified persons of extraordinary abilities in the areas of science, arts, education, economy, or sports (holders of international awards etc.), outstanding professors and scientists, certain managers and executives in the area of multinational commerce. Unlike in most other categories The EB-1 does not require proof that no AMERICAN employee would be available for the same job. Persons with extraordinary abilities (category EB-2) – Persons with higher education and college degree, and persons with extraordinary abilities in the areas of science, arts or commerce. The employment offer of a US-employer is always a prerequisite. Additionally an examination of the AMERICAN job market is required, proving that no equally qualified AMERICAN would be available for the same position.
