I t depends. Most drugs are made from plants with various chemicals added in. Cocaine for example is grown on illegal farms in South America and has many added chemicals from rat poison to stuff you can only get in labs.

Most of them are from plants. Each drug different plant. I remember once NOUB did a project on drugs (illegal drugs) at secondary school, it was the BEST peice of research in the WHOLE SCHOOL then once he had done it and it came to grading. The HEAD TEACHERS of the school got involved and siad “no this is unacceptable, no talking about drugs” he was like WTHECKKKKKKKKKKKKK K (with an extra K) and he had to do another project !
