This is a facility used in conjunction which a “catch-all” email address setup in the control panel. This allows you to use multiple email address’s or identities through one account. e.g. emails to info@yourdomain.com, enquires@yourdomain.com and support@yourdomain.com all go to a catch all address and using one webmail account you can reply using the correct email from a drop down list.
