Agency staff is willing to devote time and energy to students who are eager to learn, responsible, dependable, reliable, and who are willing to carry out assignments in a responsible manner. They are looking for students who come to their field placement prepared; who act, think, and dress in a professional manner; who will work within agency policies and procedures; and who exhibit the values and ethics of the social work profession.
