The toll-free certification lines are available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. HSI is closed for designated Federal and State holidays. Holiday schedule is listed on HSIs Web site or by clicking here. Review requests may also be submitted online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Requests received outside of regular business hours will be processed on the following business day.
