What are housing options for graduate students?

Unfortunately, we do not offer housing on campus for graduate students. Pegasus Landing and Pegasus Pointe apartments are right across the street from the main UCF campus and they usually offer and hold one building for graduate students. You can call them at (407) 380-6800 or http://www.collegepark.org/ucf/. Please note that these two university affiliated apartment complexes do not qualify as bona fide domiciles; therefore you will be unable to claim Florida residency for tuition purposes either through initial classification or reclassification as a resident of either community. In addition, on campus housing, Greek housing, and any other university affiliated housing do not qualify as a bona fide domiciles.
