What are house prices doing in the Green Hill Farm Road area of Reisterstown?
The last Green Hill Farm sale was in June of 2006. It’s impossible to show a trend from that. If you’re interested in discussing listing your home, I’d be glad to come out, look at it and prepare a market analysis. In general, throughout the metro area prices are approximately the same as 12 months ago. Homes are generally staying on the market longer (2-6 months) and it’s definitely more of a buyer’s market.
