What are honor courses, and can take them?
If you enter A&M with SAT composite score of 1250 or better AND with class ranking within the top 10% of your high school, you will be honors eligible. This means you can take an honors course. Many courses at the university will offer an Honors section. These are classes designed to be smaller, more personal, more interactive, more enriched. Your classmates are going to be pretty smart too so the level of challenge will be greater for all.
