What are homeowner responsibilities for the grounds?
Townhouse residents must keep their front and rear yards clean of debris, blowing leaves and paper. They can rely on the grounds maintenance company to mow the front yards and trim bushes or they may elect to do the work themselves. Townhouse residents are responsible to cut the grass and remove leaves to keep their backyard areas neat Townhome owners may ask to be placed on a list so that the grounds maintenance company will not trim any of the owner’s bushes or trees. Single family home residents are responsible to mow their yards, remove leaves and keep the appearance of their property clean and well maintained. The grounds maintenance company does not work on single family home yards.
