Rinsate generated from cleaning the bulk tank may be used as a diluent for the same product, if the dealer chooses to apply the leftover pesticide, provided that the diluent/solvent used for cleaning out the tank is referenced on the label, or water is used for those labels which do not list a diluent. The rinsate alone could also be applied to a site listed on the label of the product the rinsate was generated from provided such use is in accordance with the label. In addition, the rinsate could be disposed of in accordance with state, local, and federal laws and regulations.
