What are High Intensity Workout Routines?
High intensity training is exactly what it says “INTENSE”. Basicaly it is a really efective workout, you are doing everything at once ie.cardio, fat burning, fitness training, weight loss, firming and toning, and muscle building. It just makes sence, going through all these workout routines can take all day but if done all together it becomes more “intense” and works a lot faster and better. High Intensity workouts are less repetitive and in a way more fun, even though it hurts a little.
