What are high calorie drinks & snacks/food?
To gain muscles, you need protein, not high calories. Protein will burn off all your fat and replace them with muscles, whereas high calorie fatty foods will add weight to all the wrong places. Examples of protein food: Chicken Eggs Tofu Turkey Fish Beans Nuts, seeds Beef (but not unhealthy beef, as is a common misconception! LEAN beef!) Good luck, man! And you have to work out a bit, too! Not just eat all the time, hah.
