HeliFlite captains on average have over 7,000 total flight hours. Co-pilots are required to have a minimum of 1,000 flight hours and a second class medical certificate. HeliFlite co-pilots have an average of 4,000 flight hours. HeliFlite’s pilot requirements are similar in nature to those of business aircraft fractional programs.
