HeartShare’s Residential Housing Program helps individuals and their families find and maintain comfortable living arrangements that best meet their needs. HeartShare has a strong reputation for having clean, well maintained, and safe homes. Our staff works hard to locate an available apartment or house in Brooklyn or Queens that best meets the needs of our residents. Once housing issues are resolved, individuals and their families are able to focus on obtaining medical care, finding employment, and improving their family situation. Additionally, to eliminate isolation, we maintain contact with individuals and their families, and arrange group trips and activities for individuals and their families.
