What are Hacked Items?
If an item is not obtained through normal in game means, and has been modded by someone and traded around, it is considered a hacked item. ACC rules state that exchanging hacked items/seeds are not allowed on ACC. A modded item is one that you cannot get through normal means in the game, like buying from Nooks, or obtaining from another special character.
