Gumpaste or sugarpaste is a type of sugar dough that is rolled very thinly and cut out with special cutters. Each flower petal is shaped and formed by hand until the desired flower is created. The flowers are left to dry for a few days and finished with color dusting. We hand make all of our gumpaste flowers.
