What are Guideline Daily Amounts (GDAs)?

0

GDAs are a UK Government-recommended guideline to an average person’s daily intake of nutrients. GDAs are not a target but a useful way to compare foods and help people balance their diets. GDA labelling shows the percentage of a person’s daily guideline amount of calories, total sugars, fat, saturated fat, and salt that is contained in each product and each serving of product. You will find GDA information on all our products by clicking on the nutrition information link next to each product in our What We Make section.

What is your question?

*Sadly, we had to bring back ads too. Hopefully more targeted.
