What are guarantees of future development?
We consider InTouch CRM a fundamental product in our company; we lay great hopes on it, which is reflected in present customers’ response to our solution. Of course all our company operates on InTouch CRM base so we are largely motivated to further develop the system. In addition, we make a public promise that if there is danger in the future that the product development may be discontinued (none of us thinks it is going to happen), we will take necessary steps to ensure continuity of development and services.
