I just moved from Falls Church to NJ and used Fleet Van Lines. Their prices were great: $85/hr for three guys with 4 hour minimum. Although only one of the three guys spoke English well, they showed up on time, did a great job, and barely took any breaks at all. I picked Fleet after getting quotes from all different moving companies in the DC area. If you want contact info, I set it all up with someone named Jessica, 1-888-252-5390 x300. I think they are located in MD, but they did not charge me a fee for coming to VA, and all tolls were paid by Fleet (not me). Good luck!!
