What are good, vegetarian sources of Omega-3 fatty acids?”

Hi Saint, There’s a good article here from the Vegetarian Society. They’ve got a chart with the recommended sources I identified above and just what levels of fatty acid each source offers. I’d recommend reading the entire article because it gives a good explanation of the types of fatty acids and how those on a vegetarian diet should incorporate these into their diets. Also, if you end up going the capsule/supplement route, the American Heart Society advises that “Patients taking more than 3 grams of omega-3 fatty acids from capsules should do so only under a physician’s care. High intakes could cause excessive bleeding in some people.” http://www.americanheart.org/presenter.jhtml?identifier=4632 Hope that helps.
