What are good team building exercises for young offenders?
lock a car up in the middle of a car park ask them to break in get the sterio that should get them moving lol just kidding take them on adventure thing like rock climbing or somat i know some one who did that and loved it but be care ful you dont want people saying the bad ones always get rewarded and the good ones forgotten thats what my mam always says
There are a lot of activities, but you should consider their ages and personalities when choosing. If they are not to old for it take them around to New Construction sites and ask the builders if you can have the wood and stuff they throw away, usually if you do a little bit of clean up as you gather it they will not mind. Then have them build a fort or club house. Or take them to help the elderly in your community by doing yard work. painting, things like that. You can also make an incentive by letting them earn something like a trip or going to a concert. Take them on trips to see what jail is like, AAA meetings and other groups for rehab so they know what happens if they continue on that path. Have them work on projects that will help others and their selves but always keep in mind in needs to have some fun as well as guidance. Good luck!
