What are good substitutes for common bad food?
Bread isn’t a bad food especially if wholegrain or seeded. Bad foods are some forms of fat (use olive oil), too much salt (omit it), too much sugar (cut down the amount you eat), a lot of ingredients in fast food and ready meals (avoid them). Trans-fats, or partially hydrogenated oils, are found in many fast foods and also in baked goods and processed snacks.
