What are good Ohio colleges?
I am looking for schools strong in science (considering medicine) and that can give me $$. (I am an Ohio resident). Any suggestions? I got a 35 on my ACT composite and have higher than a 4.0 GPA. A: You could probably go to Ohio St. for free, although big publics tend to focus more on graduate than undergraduate education. Case Western, Oberlin, Kenyon, and Wooster are all decent schools but a.) if you’re looking for in-state tuition, they’re all private (which is where I would suggest you look anyway with your academic credentials) and b.) none of them really jump out at me as being “great”, nationally renowned schools in the way that Harvard, Stanford, or Notre Dame are.
