Because it is a small room, I suggest a small table in a corner of the room. Put out a punch bowl (obviously with punch — non-alcoholic) and some coffee, and hot water for tea. Get a tray with some finger sandwiches or donuts or cookies . . . and set that there. Use a theme color to decorate with — for table clothes, plates, napkins, etc. And place a few flowers or plant in center of meeting table — you don’t want to take up too much room with your decor — so keep it simple. Maybe red, white, and blue, with a patriotic themed centerpiece — that’s always in style. Just remember to keep it simple — it’s a meeting — not a meal.
