What are good fats, what are bad fats?
The ‘good fats’ include the monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids are types of polyunsaturated fats. These good fats help to maintain cardiovascular health. Saturated and trans fats are the so-called ‘bad fats’ as these are the culprits in raising cholesterol levels.
