What are good birthday activities for first graders?
For first graders, this is still quite a young age so I would focus more on organized activity where everyone is doing something in a group. It is always easier to brainstorm activities when the party has a theme because then you can think of more creative variations of classic children’s party activities.
For example, if you’re doing musical chairs, try playing festive Carribbean music if the party has a tropical theme. You can also have hula hooping and limbo as activities. Additionally, integrate arts and crafts into everything by letting kids mold sculptures out of silly putty or clay.
