Well, Oklahoma University is either the 2nd or 3rd best performing arts college, according to one of my theatre buddies at school. I believe it says on the website that it’s #1 in the nation for having good academics and not having big $$$ in tuition. Look at this website on the bottom of the page; it says a little about a theatre/movement program show: http://www.ou.edu/web/home.html Sorry, it’s not in NY. Sometimes, good performing arts schools in NY tend to get pricey.
