What are Golden Ponds rates, lease terms and financial arrangements ?
Golden Pond Senior Apartments is a rental retirement community. All apartments are rented under a one year rental agreement, but you have the right to cancel at anytime with a 30 day notice. We require first and last months rent upon lease commencement. A: Golden Pond Assisted Living and Meadows memory care units are leased month to month, you have the right to cancel with a 15 or 30 day notice depending on your circumstances. We require first and last months rent upon lease commencement.
