What are GMs?
GM Stands for Game Masters, They are the ones who run the game 🙂 You’ll know it’s a GM if the username is in Yellow and by their character’s clothes. Remember to always obey a GM, do not beg. First thing, Make sure you downloaded KRO not IRO version of Ragnarok – Xilero does not work with IRO. Second make sure your character is not stuck. Then check to see if you have downloaded all the new patches under downloads – check updates on the main page. If all else fails, post the error message on the help section of the forums for your server.
