What are general vs. specialized warehousing facilities (Item 18)?
General Warehousing are establishments primarily engaged in warehousing and storage of a general line of goods for the public that are packaged or readily handled. They don’t include refrigeration, controlled humidity, or special handling. Specialized Goods Warehousing are establishments primarily engaged in the warehousing and storage of special products, such as petroleum products, chemicals, automobiles, and textiles.
