What are FSANZs printed food composition tables?
FSANZ has produced several published food composition tables, as follows: • Composition of Foods, Australia ( Volumes 1-7 ), 1989-95; • Nutritional Values of Australian Foods; and • Food for Health. Please note that Composition of Australian Foods and Nutritional Values of Australian Foods are now out of print however you may be able to obtain copies from local libraries. These publications are used extensively by dietitians, doctors and other health workers, researchers, educators and anyone in the community concerned about their food intake.
