Our budgeted Annual Funding Requirement (AFR) for 2007/08 is £300.1m, an increase of 9.5% compared to £274.1 for 2006/07. This increase is mainly attributable to the costs for the National Stategy for Financial Capability and a one-off investment in our IS delivery capacity and technical infastructure.
