What are Foundation Modern Apprenticeships (FMA) and Modern Apprenticeships (MA) in Childrens Care Learning and Development?
Both FMA and the MA are high quality training and development programmes. You can progress from an FMA to an MA and from there you can go on learning and gaining higher qualifications right the way to university and beyond…….. FMA’s lead to NVQ at level 2 and MA’s lead to an NVQ level 3 and you will also gain key skills and a technical certificate which gives you the knowledge that you need to do the job.
